Quite heavy compared to other hoops the same size, this model is great for exercise, big kids and adults. Made with tough 25mm plastic tube with a strong aluminium locking clip. This hoop will most likely arrive folded up to save courier costs - we do not recommend keeping the hoop folded up for prolonged periods of time, but will be fine for a few days.

Excellent for flow without direction changes. Recommended for circus style hooping, multi-hooping, drills, isolation tricks and off-body tricks in general. Not recommended for beginners because they are light.

HOW TO CHOOSE YOUR HOOP:

The new hoopers are intimidated by large hoops, but bigger is easier because the hula hoop, taking longer to spin, allows you to learn how to move your body and control it. After some time, when you feel confident with a hula hoop, it’s a good thing to try a smaller one. A TRICK is most of the time easier to learn with a larger hoop.
