Gora presents his 150cm travel staff variation of the amazing Gora Contact Staff. Using similar technology to the Concentrate Fire Staff locking system the Gora Travel Contact Staff behaves and performs just like the original model but with a little added weight. It is also essential to ensure that the staff is locked in place and secure before spinning with lit fuel. This staff is wrapped in a generous amount of EPDM rubber and sticky tennis grip making ideal for lots of body contact. As with the whole Gora staff range the core is constructed from 7075 aluminium - super strong yet reasonably light. There's also the added bonus of protective black silicone to reduce the amount of exposed metal work. The staff also comes fitted with 2 of Gora's inverted rubber 'Flowers' which are great for slowing the staff down and add a little weight towards the end of the staff giving it great momentum. The Wick used is 100mm Quality Kevlar®


When broken down the two end pieces measure 55cm and the centre piece measures 60cm.

Gora has been calling this 'the ultimate contact staff' and he may be right. Gora has gone back to basics but introduced a few innovative features which really make this staff special. Using a very special aluminium alloy (known as 7075) ensures that the middle section of the staff is light yet strong as Steel. The ends have been packed with additional weight to provide awesome momentum. Furthermore the staff uses silicone protectors near the fire heads. This means that this staff has far less exposed metalwork than conventional fire staffs and is thus much safer. Gora also includes two of his signature inverted rubber 'flowers' - these slow the staff down slightly as well as giving additional weight. They can be removed if desired. Each end of the staff is finished with generous lengths of 100mm Kevlar® wick. Please note that this staff should not be held vertically whilst on fire. Gora presents his Fire Juggling Staff designed in collaboration with AllStaff performers. This staff is designed for throws and spinning as part of double staff routines. Made from 7075 aluminium alloy this staff is super string yet very light, perfect for high throws. The staff has also been wrapped in heat-proof silicone which makes it considerably safer than other twirling staffs on the market. However fire spinning is extremely dangerous and should only be practised by adults. Price is for ONE staff - this staff will normally be used in sets of two and three. The 1.3m length KT staff is suitable for faster spinners but also as an introductory contact staff. This staff is fitted with 480mm of sports racket grip which provides insulation and padding. The smaller wicks on this staff mean it produces smaller flames and burn times but is a less intimidating choice for people investing in their first fire staff. This is a light weight 1m KT Fire staff. The short length of this staff makes it ideal for smaller adults or double staff and throwing moves. Staff tubing is approximately 20mm in diameter. The KT range of fire staffs all come fitted with sports racket grip which provides good insulation from the heat as well as some useful padding for the spinner's hands. There is no exposed metal on the wicks which is great in terms of safety and the wooden end cores provide extra momentum and a secure mounting point for the wicks. (This is also really useful when it becomes time to replace wicks).

Fine steel wool is a highly useful and versatile material that is commonly used for creating sparks in a variety of settings. The Juggle-Light Finger LED kit is a simple performance tool for night time performances. The plastic capsule can be mounted with any colour LED diode so you can colour coordinate your gear.

The classic recipe of a fire show is “Faster, Higher and MOOORE FIRE!”. Technically, the thai staff is a long spinner staff with an enormous amount of fire!

The thai staff is made from a 15 x 1 mm duraluminum tube. It resists the heat of the fire wonderfully and makes a very lightweight prop, however it is somewhat fragile so it is important to take care during transport, i.e. do not step on your thai staff.

The handling part in the middle is covered with the SuperGrip® which grants excellent hold.

Sillicone Disc protectors save your hands from the huge flames creeping up the staff as long as you keep spinning at least slowly. It is however important you do not perform static, vertical positions especially at the beginning of your show when the flames are still too large and hot!

The design of the fire blade is similar to that of the Fire Contact Sword or the Flying Sword.

Do not leave the equipment burning for too long. When you see a blue flame - it is a sign that the wick is being consumed by the fire. It should be put out immediately (and in fact, it should have been put out a while ago). The best way to do this is to smother the flame with a fire blanket. After each extinguishing, soak the Kevlar in the same oil that was used for burning. Do not set fire to the wick right away, wait for it to cool down first. All above are crucial means of making yourfire equipment last. Lastly, to keep your equipment working as long as possible, use alcohol-free paraffin oil as fuel.
