the Freehand was the yo-yo in which Duncan introduced the world to counterweight (or 5A) tricks. This means that this yo-yo doesn't have to be connected to your hand - instead the string can be attached to a small plastic counter-weight meaning that you can do an even more diverse selection of tricks. This yo-yo has a wide, flared shape making it ideal for string catching tricks. It uses the Duncan friction sticker response system (this is how the yo-yo returns to the hand once you've thrown it) and comes with extra spacers for advanced play. The Henrys Flux yo-yo is very similar to the advanced Neo model but with the added advantage of integrated hubstacks.

These consist of small black grips at either end of the axle, protruding from the anodized hubs, that allow the user to hold the yo-yo whilst it is still spinning. This obviously opens up the trick possibilities enormously.

The hubstacks run right through the yo-yo's centre which can make maintenance a little tricky, but this is still a fantastic yo-yo that offers innovative trick potential.

The Strix is the signature model of Duncan Japan crew member Kohta Watanabe - as you'd expect from such an amazing artist, the yo-yo is incredible. This is the model he smashed the European 2014 championship with. It's got a unique shape that gives the string gap plenty of access/space but still giving optimum balance and stability. As with many contemporary yo-yos, the inner side cups are smooth and shallow making them perfect for horizontal grinds and balances. The Origami is the Duncan pro model for Bryan Jardin. Bryan is famous for his innovative, unique style when playing 5A style yo-yo. The shape of the Origami is the perfect synthesis of an H-profile and a step-round shape. The Origami is a powerful metal bodied yo-yo which is perfect for advanced trick play and, in particular, counter-weight play. The Origami is also exceptionally quick for its size. The TX10 is a top end, heavyweight metal Yo-yo from the Infinity 'Pro' range. At 55mm diameter and 42mm wide this is the largest of the metal bodied Infinity yo-yos and sits very nicely in the hand. The combination of wide string gap, concave bearing and 'rim heavy' body design add up to phenomenal sleep times. This allows the player to really push their trick combos to the limit (we run out of tricks before this runs out of spin).
